Is there a call out charge?

We offer a free no obligation quote service meaning there is no call out charge inside of operating hours which are 8:30AM - 5PM, but there is a standard call out fee of £75 plus the price of labour and parts outside of operating hours. So if it is not an emergency, book inside operating hours to reduce the price.


Do you take a deposit for every job?

We only take deposits when replacing glass. We take a 30% deposit on the job due to glass being a special order as it is all cut to size and is non-returnable.


Do you offer a full window and door installation service?

No - we only offer a UPVC door and window repair service on any faulty hardware and also glass unit replacements. 

Do your services come with a guarantee?

Yes - each service we offer comes with a different guarantee; our glass units come with a 5 year guarantee if the unit fails and becomes misty, but this does not include breakages. Any door and window hardware supplied comes with a 1 year guarantee.

How much will the parts cost?

We cannot give estimates over the phone without first seeing the job, as factors such as there are plenty of different types of window and door manufacturers and profiles out there which do not have the same hardware fitted to them. For example, the cost for a new lock on a UPVC door will change dependent on size, make, model, and the level of security that lock has. With this being said, we do offer a free no obligation quote so i can find out what is needed for the job and how much it will cost.

How will I be able to pay?

We take payment by either cash or by bank transfer but do ask that payment be made in full on job completion.
